Paris, 5th December 2013, 

Solactis Group announced that it will participate, as a dynamic nutritional ingredient expert company, to the workshop «Diet, gut microbiota and health throughout life» organized by the reputed Fondazione Edmund MACH.

Group Solactis will take part to the debate with other leading scientific experts from the global food and nutrition industry. Objective is to tackle the issue of nutritional strategies (prebiotics and probiotics) for modulating microbiota activities towards a more health promoting profile, from infancy to senior age. This workshop will highlight the importance of developing efficient functional foods from both economic and health perspectives.

Pascal Ronfard, President and founder of Solactis Group, will animate a session titled “Digestive health: prebiotic effect or regulating transit? The case of Galactofructose.”
